• KRA PIN Certificate (Kenyans only)
• Passport photo (white background)
• Residential and postal addresses
• Phone & email
• Director occupation & share allocation

4. Name Search – We check name availability.
5. Registration – We use your eCitizen account for transparency.

• Name Search: 1–2 working days
• Company Documents: 2 working days
• Signing: 1–2 working days
• Certificate of Incorporation: 5–7 working days
• KRA PIN: Up to 5 working days
• Logo & Card Design: 3 working days each
